Our client is seeking an Interim Senior Recruiter with strong sourcing and relationship management skills to partner with leadership on end-to-end recruitment. This role manages a portfolio of approximately 20 requisitions, provides consultative support to hiring managers, and helps shape recruiting strategy to meet organizational goals. Work spans clinical roles, product lifecycle, analytics, and corporate functions.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – Onsite occasionally for meetings and business needs
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for clinical, product, analytics, and corporate roles using proactive sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche networking strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, job postings, screening, interviewing, offer recommendations, and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and position needs analyses
- Provide consultative guidance on compensation recommendations and market data
- Track recruiting metrics such as time to fill and sub-to-hire ratios, and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with EEOC/OFCCP guidelines and employment law
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–9 years of recruiting experience with a blend of direct search and corporate recruitment
- Strong sourcing experience in clinical, product, and analytics roles
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (UKG/Ultipro Recruiting strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
- Corporate recruiting experience required; agency background a plus
- Health insurance/payor industry recruiting experience strongly preferred
