Brad Searl is a Director on the Professional Recruiting team within Versique’s Information Technology Solutions group, bringing more than 14 years of experience in technology recruiting within the Twin Cities market. Throughout his career, he has focused on serving both the client and candidate experience across Minnesota’s IT community.
Brad takes a relationship-based approach to recruiting, partnering closely with clients and candidates to make connections that last. With more than a decade dedicated to the local IT market, he brings deep knowledge of the Twin Cities talent landscape and a genuine commitment to helping organizations and professionals find the right fit.
Outside of Versique, Brad lives in Mound with his wife, their three young kids, and a dog, rabbit, and fish that keep the household busy. He spends much of his free time coaching his kids in hockey, soccer, and lacrosse, getting out on the lake with family and friends, and cheering on the Packers.

Our honeymoon to Tahiti, but a close second is any vacation with my kids when they get to experience a new place!
