Bridget Gilbertson
HR Director
Bridget Gilbertson is the Director of HR at Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting with over 14 years of experience within Human Resources. She is passionate about building the HR function at Versique and developing HR processes to support the growing business.
Prior to joining Versique, Bridget served as an HR Manager, Business Partner, and Generalist at organizations such as Rasmussen University, QualiTech, and Pentair. She has a unique ability to connect deeply with employees and colleagues while also having the ability to recruit top talent.
Bridget holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Iowa and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 sons.
