KARE11 INTERVIEW – As much as we wanted to kick 2020 to the curb, there were some lessons that need to be learned going into 2021. Leadership across the country has embraced flexible, work from home schedules along with a heightened awareness of employee psychological health issues. Women were found to have left the workforce in disproportionate numbers in 2020, but Chris Dardis says 2021 will be a better year.
“I really do feel like we’re at a critical point heading into 2021, where leadership opportunities are going to open up to women in the workforce, because of the focus on diversity and equity with corporate America now,” says Chris Dardis.
