Willie Pudvah is a Director on Versique’s Banking & Financial Services team, where he leads search efforts for community banks, credit unions, and financial institutions across Minnesota. A Minneapolis native with firsthand experience in both FinTech and community banking, Willie brings technical expertise and industry insight to every search. His background includes managing complex portfolios and serving on multiple loan committees, giving him a deep understanding of the roles and responsibilities critical to success in the financial sector.

Willie combines this knowledge with a personable, relationship-driven approach to recruiting, building long-term partnerships through trust, problem-solving, and results. He is known for his ability to connect with clients and candidates alike, and for delivering solutions that drive lasting impact.

Outside Versique, Willie enjoys staying active in the Twin Cities community. He serves on the board of the Minneapolis South High School Baseball Boosters and spends his free time on the lakes, behind the wheel of his classic Land Cruiser, or enjoying Minnesota’s sports and social scene.
