Joe Reardon is a 20-year veteran of the finance and accounting industry, having held roles such as CFO and Controller. Over a dozen years ago, Joe transitioned into the executive recruiting industry, with a focus on finance and accounting.
Retained by Boards of Directors, CEOs, CFOs, VPs of HR and top-tier investment groups to fill critically important senior leadership roles. Joe has worked with a wide range of industries, including Life Sciences, SaaS, Manufacturing and Distribution and Professional Services. He has worked with numerous different types of companies at a wide range of stages, including family-owned, public, private, multinational, high-growth, turnaround, startup and Fortune 500.
Joe’s approach to the executive search process is unique because he works with clients, not just on search-related matters, but also in an advisory capacity, leveraging his experience to provide a more consultative service to clients.
