Joe Reardon is Vice President at Versique Executive, specializing in retained executive search for finance and operational leadership roles. With more than 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry—including previous roles as CFO and Controller—Joe brings a deep understanding of what exceptional financial leadership looks like. For the past 15+ years, he has applied that knowledge to executive recruiting, helping companies align leadership strategy with business goals.
Joe partners with Boards, CEOs, and private investment groups to place high-impact leaders across a variety of ownership structures and industries, with a particular emphasis on privately held and family-owned businesses. His search expertise spans life sciences, SaaS, manufacturing, and professional services, and he has supported companies at every stage—from startups to Fortune 500s.
Known for his consultative, relationship-driven approach, Joe tailors each search to the unique culture, structure, and leadership needs of his clients. In addition to his work at Versique Executive, Joe has served on several local boards and has taught as an adjunct instructor in the University of St. Thomas’s master’s program.
