Kyle Krzmarzick is the Practice Director for IT Permanent Placement, specializing in full-time direct hires within the IT space. With 22 years of staffing experience (20 of which have been focused on IT), Kyle’s background consists of robust leadership roles within the IT recruiting field that make him well-suited to build this in-demand practice area within Versique. His previous roles included working as the regional sales manager for Kelly IT Resources and as the VP of RCM Technologies, where he focused on managing P&L and driving new business.
When it comes to recruiting, Kyle has always loved the challenge of the chase and is passionate about matching great people with great opportunities. He views the Mpls/St. Paul area as an outstanding market full of incredible IT talent just waiting to be matched with the right role. Kyle currently resides in Brooklyn Park with his wife. Together, they share a love for the outdoors during every season—snowmobiling in the winter, riding motorcycles in the summer, and spending weekends at their cabin in Cable, Wisconsin year-round.
