Our Commitment to the Minnesota Community

At Versique, community engagement is more than a value—it’s a responsibility we proudly uphold. Since our founding in 2013, giving back to the Minnesota communities that support us has been central to who we are. Through hands-on volunteering, strategic partnerships, and financial support, we’re committed to making a meaningful, lasting impact across the Twin Cities and beyond.

Each year, we partner with local nonprofits to provide essential supplies, skills, and resources to under-resourced communities. Our efforts have included nearly half a million dollars in donations and countless volunteer hours from our dedicated team.

These community initiatives do more than strengthen the neighborhoods around us—they also shape our culture. By showing up for causes we care about, our team members build stronger connections, find greater purpose in their work, and help create a more inclusive future for everyone.

Let’s build a better community, together.

“Versique’s partnership has been transformational for Dress for Success Twin Cities. Your commitment to showing up—not just in words, but in action—has helped us grow into one of Minnesota’s leading women’s career advancement organizations. Thanks to your support, we’ve streamlined onboarding, expanded access to one-on-one coaching, and provided hundreds of women with the tools, resources, and confidence to thrive. Versique doesn’t just talk about lifting up women, families, and communities—you live it.”
Stephanie Silvers, CEO, Dress for Success Twin Cities
