Jennifer Britton is the Vice President of Consumer Packaged Goods Recruiting. She brings more than 16 years of personal CPG experience, including roles such as Vice President of Business Development and NAM (national account manager), calling on top retailers such as Target, Best Buy, and SuperValu, while working for companies such as Colgate Palmolive, Crayola, and Bristol Meyers Squibb. Throughout her career, Jenn has built a strong reputation for developing lasting partnerships, driving growth, and understanding the unique challenges brands face in an ever-changing marketplace.
Jenn’s years of experience, coupled with Versique’s 400+ years of executive search and consulting experience, create the perfect blend of industry knowledge and strong recruiting expertise. She leverages this background to connect organizations with top-tier talent who not only fit the role but also align with company culture and long-term goals. Jenn is a graduate of Western Michigan University-Haworth College of Business, where she studied Food Marketing, General Business, and Communications.
In her free time, Jenn enjoys boating on some of our 10,000 lakes with her family, playing pull tabs, and traveling to new destinations. She believes in making the most of Minnesota summers and values spending quality time with friends and loved ones.
