Kevin Vig is the Managing Director of Client Partnerships for the Interim Solutions team within the Finance & Accounting Solutions practice. With over 11 years of experience in financial services and HR leadership, Kevin partners with clients to deliver interim finance and accounting talent that supports business continuity and growth. He brings a unique blend of operational insight, talent strategy, and a client-first mindset to every engagement.
Prior to joining Versique, Kevin worked on the business and operations side of financial services organizations before transitioning into HR leadership, where he focused on talent development and vendor management. His ability to understand both organizational needs and people dynamics allows him to build strong, trusted relationships and deliver tailored talent solutions.
Outside Versique, Kevin enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active in fitness classes, exploring Twin Cities restaurants, and traveling.

What’s your favorite food?
I would have to say homemade enchiladas and sopapillas. I was born in the southwest and it still sticks with me today!
What is the best vacation you’ve been on?
Hands down my trip to South Africa when I was in college.
What do you like to do for fun?
I’m a big fan of road trips. Depending on where I am traveling, I almost always prefer to drive there and take the scenic route whenever possible. The open road is one of my favorite things!
