Mandi Hippe

As a leader in Finance & Accounting Direct Hire, Mandi works with companies across various industries to transform their talent to increase revenue, reduce costs, and grow the bottom line. As a former Corporate Finance Director, she has deep experience building and leading teams of finance professionals with a wide range of roles and professional experience.
Prior to joining Versique, Mandi held a variety of progressive finance roles at UnitedHealth Group including Internal Audit, Fraud Investigations and, most recently, Director of FP&A. Mandi brings Fortune 5 experience and an eye for top talent to Versique and its clients. She has a BS in Finance from St. Cloud State University where she was a member of the Husky Growth Fund, a university owned portfolio managed by a team of select students.
Outside of work, Mandi enjoys world travel with her husband and daughter, reading, visiting wineries, and exploring local restaurants.
