Nick Petersen is the Managing Director of Recruiting, Interim Solutions within Versique’s Finance & Accounting Solutions team. With over 15 years of experience in recruiting and business development, Nick partners with clients to deliver interim finance and accounting talent that drives continuity, solves complex challenges, and supports long-term business objectives. He is known for his consultative approach, market insight, and ability to align talent solutions with evolving organizational needs.
Prior to joining Versique, he spent more than six years with a Twin Cities-based professional search firm, where he built a reputation as a trusted advisor to both finance professionals and the companies that rely on them. His early career was rooted in financial services recruiting and client partnership, providing him with a strong foundation in understanding the intricacies of the finance and accounting functions.
Outside Versique, Nick lives in Rockford, MN, with his wife and their two young children. He enjoys time on the water, participating in a dinner club with friends, staying active in his church community, and pursuing his passion for the outdoors—especially hunting and fishing.
