Nicole Biczkowski is the Marketing Manager on Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting’s Corporate Services team, bringing over 12 years of experience in crafting bold, strategic marketing initiatives across digital, print, and web. With a unique background rooted in both graphic design and analytics, she leads cross-channel marketing efforts that elevate brand presence and drive tangible results.
Before joining Versique, Nicole spent a decade in real estate, supporting a real estate brokerage, mortgage company, title company, non-profit, and individual agent marketing strategies. Her passion for impactful storytelling and scalable marketing systems inspired her to pivot into the Talent Acquisition industry, where she now builds and manages marketing strategies that help connect great people with great companies.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications and Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls. She lives in the Twin Cities with her husband, two kids, and two dogs—where there’s no shortage of creativity (or chaos).
