Brand Manager
The Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across all channels while contributing to portfolio initiatives, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and trial. This role plays a key part in driving brand growth by translating consumer insights and market trends into effective marketing programs that resonate with customers and strengthen brand performance.
The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and retail partners to optimize marketing efforts across digital, social, and in-store touchpoints. This role will also support budget management, ROI optimization, and performance tracking to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Worksite Location: 100% Remote. Residents of Minnesota are highly encouraged to apply.Salary: $120k-$140k/yr base salary plus annual bonus.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all consumer, retail and ecommerce channels.
- Oversee portfolio strategy and new product launches.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns and retail programs.
- Optimize marketing content across digital, social, and retail touchpoints.
- Analyze consumer insights and market trends to refine strategies.
- Track performance metrics and recommend optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and revenue goals.
- Support P&L management by monitoring spend and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer products, retail, CPG and/or pet industry.
- Experience with integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive brand growth and manage marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience managing or supporting marketing budgets.
- Ability to track performance metrics and contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs).
