The Business Data Analyst will dive into data sets, relate processes to data flow, critically analyze information, develop reporting, provide feedback, and support operational initiatives with metrics and KPIs for the business.

Location: St. Paul, MN - On Site

Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000

Role & Responsibilities:

Analyze operational reports to support the organization as a whole.
Review metrics and generate a detailed analysis of operations on trends and data outliers.
Evaluate a suite of reports and automate data processes.
Streamline data and information consumption via BI tools.
Advocate for and educate the business on leveraging BI reporting to make informed business decisions.
Address questions and issues from current reporting and BI tool users.
Support the implementation of new sites into software platforms, validating that information is flowing properly.
Help define business processes that support data integrity and reporting.
Cultivate data quality, driving consistent information for improved reporting and metrics.
Develop reporting for executives and board members.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL
Strong, 3+ years of experience with Power BI
Previous Supply Chain and/or Logistics Experience
Data Science experience preferred (Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse)
