Business Development Representative (ID:45307)
Growing company with a mix of Industrial and technology is looking for a high-end hunter for their team.

Our retained client is a small multi-million-dollar organization that has been providing valuable services within their industry for over 40 years.  They have asked us to help them acquire a new Business Development Rep to help grow sales revenue through prospecting for new accounts as well as growing business with existing customers.  Some travel required to attend industry trade shows and visit customers and prospects

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for increasing company sales and expanding their market by adding new customers

  • Initiate sales calls through a variety of strategies


Requires skills and Experience:

  • 4-year degree is required.  (Technical or Engineering degree is preferred)

  • High level of technical aptitude 

  • Hunter mentality

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience

  • Experience selling in the industrial services industry

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
