As an Early Talent – Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting campus and intern programs by helping coordinate over 800 interviews (both virtual and onsite), ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and assisting the team in achieving their hiring goals. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role ideal for someone who loves organizing, thrives on details, and enjoys contributing to a mission-driven team.

Worksite Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days/week onsite at their Golden Valley office.

Salary Range: Hourly Rate between $25-$30, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support campus and intern recruiting efforts for over 100 colleges
Coordinate scheduling of 800+ candidate interviews (virtual and in-person)
Input and track candidate data using Excel and an event-based tracking system
Assist with data clean-up, offer processes, and reporting at later stages
Ensure all interview details are captured accurately and processed efficiently
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to deliver outstanding candidate experience
Support DEIB-focused initiatives and ensure diverse candidate pools throughout the process

Required Skills & Experience:

Prior experience coordinating interviews and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
Strong Excel skills (sorting, tracking, data entry, reporting) with excellent attention to detail
Can-do attitude with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with campus recruiting processes a plus
Exposure to systems like event-based tracking platforms and Power BI helpful but not required
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
