Salary Range: base compensation target is $200,000 + bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Guide the executive team in addressing financial challenges and opportunities
- Build a 5-year forward-looking financial strategy that aligns with growth goals
Industry & Deal Expertise
- Experience in both services and SaaS product businesses, R&D tax credits, and M&A (valuation, pricing, integration)
Innovation & Optimization
- Drive efficiency, ROI, and strategic positioning of expenses, pricing, and compensation
- Leverage analytics to identify improvements, trends, and opportunities
Forecasting & Risk Management
- Anticipate economic and geopolitical impacts; adjust strategy proactively
- Manage market, business, tech, and cybersecurity risks; protect ownership interests
Reporting & Accountability
- Deliver accurate, actionable financial reports and forecasts
- Hold self and others accountable to financial goals and responsibilities
Team & Communication
- Provide timely insights to decision-makers; lead KPI reviews and performance direction
- Build a high-performing, tech-enabled accounting team
Continuous Improvement
- Challenge the status quo, adopt best practices, and explore AI for competitive advantage
- Maintain strong industry networks to drive innovation
Required Skills & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, business, or economics, is required
- Master's degree preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are preferred
- Experience in a leadership role in the SaaS and/or Services industry preferred
- Strong finance and accounting expertise, including GAAP, reporting, budgeting, and compliance
- Proven leader of high-performing finance and accounting teams.
- Skilled in capital strategy, investment analysis, and ROI optimization
- Experienced in financial modeling, forecasting, and market assessment
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical capabilities
- Effective at aligning financial strategies with business goals
- Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
