We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Network Administrator skilled in Cisco Meraki and Azure cloud solutions. This role is a critical member of the infrastructure team, responsible for the setup, configuration, monitoring, and support of internal and external networks across retail and distribution environments. The position involves a blend of network engineering, troubleshooting, systems administration, and project coordination while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and clear end-user communication. Availability for occasional off-hours support is required to ensure business operations remain stable and secure.

Worksite Location: 3 days a week on-site in Plymouth, MN (2 days remote each week)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure, security tools, and system configurations
- Plan, install, and manage hardware rollouts for new users and locations, including PCs, terminals, printers, switches, routers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues via phone and ticketing systems
- Administer and support firewall rules, malware protection, databases, and related processes
- Provide on-call support for critical system outages, taking ownership to drive swift resolution
- Identify and resolve network performance issues, maintaining and updating disaster recovery plans
- Administer and support enterprise cloud networking environments, including Azure
- Monitor and respond to alerts from security and monitoring systems
- Recommend and implement upgrades, patches, and improvements to systems and processes
- Manage IT tasks and network requirements during new location construction
- Document network topologies, write and maintain support procedures, and contribute to knowledge base content
- Perform data cabling and support computer facilities maintenance as needed
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Execute additional duties and projects as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with network routing, switching, and administration in multi-site environments
- 3+ years of experience with Azure Networking, including Azure Firewall, Virtual WAN, and VPN Gateway
- 2+ years of log analytics experience within Azure environments
- Experience managing firewall configurations, VPN, and NAT rules
- Prior experience with LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and broadband/fiber connectivity
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and interpreting system alerts
- Experience working with telecom and network service providers
- Proficiency with Meraki security appliances, switches, and cloud management portals
- Exposure to Aruba wireless solutions
- Ability to document network infrastructure and write clear technical procedures
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network+, or similar) preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve diverse user and network issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
