The Corporate Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate functions, including HR, Legal, Finance & Accounting, and IT, working closely with leaders across the organization to understand business needs and provide tailored talent acquisition support. This hybrid, full-time contract role will start on August 1st and run through the end of the year.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – onsite 2 days/week in downtown Minneapolis.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate roles, from intake meetings through offer negotiations
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand organizational needs and provide strategic recruiting consultation
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
- Guide hiring managers through the interview and selection process with a focus on candidate experience and cultural fit
- Collaborate with the broader TA team and HR leadership to align on priorities and share best practices
- Use Workday to manage requisitions, candidates, and reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate environments
- Proven success recruiting for roles in HR, Legal, Finance & Accounting, IT, or similar functions
- Highly consultative approach with hiring leaders; able to influence and guide decisions
- Strong understanding of corporate business environments and market trends
- Workday experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
