The Corporate Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate functions, including HR, Legal, Finance & Accounting, and IT, working closely with leaders across the organization to understand business needs and provide tailored talent acquisition support. This hybrid, full-time contract role will start on August 1st and run through the end of the year.

Worksite Location: Hybrid – onsite 2 days/week in downtown Minneapolis.

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate roles, from intake meetings through offer negotiations
Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand organizational needs and provide strategic recruiting consultation
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
Guide hiring managers through the interview and selection process with a focus on candidate experience and cultural fit
Collaborate with the broader TA team and HR leadership to align on priorities and share best practices
Use Workday to manage requisitions, candidates, and reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate environments
Proven success recruiting for roles in HR, Legal, Finance & Accounting, IT, or similar functions
Highly consultative approach with hiring leaders; able to influence and guide decisions
Strong understanding of corporate business environments and market trends
Workday experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
