We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to help grow our brand and drive results across all digital channels. This person will lead digital campaigns from strategy through execution, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, website optimization, and content initiatives.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to create engaging campaigns, improve the customer experience, and continuously optimize performance using analytics and insights.

Worksite Location: Onsite - Plymouth, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $30-$45, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising
Oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms
Track campaign performance and report on KPIs, ROI, engagement, and lead generation.
Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and social insights to make data-driven recommendations
Create and test landing pages, conversion funnels, and A/B experiments to improve user experience
Partner with internal teams to develop engaging digital content including blogs, videos, graphics, and more
Manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and optimization

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid social, PPC, and digital advertising
Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Sprout Social, WordPress, Monday.com, etc.
Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into actionable recommendations
Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels
Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign experimentation
Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, is a plus!
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
