Our client is an established leader in the professional services space with an in-house creative agency, who is seeking a Director of Marketing to drive marketing strategy and lead generation, support business development efforts, and manage digital campaigns that elevate visibility and growth across their services. The Director of Marketing will manage an internal marketing and creative team, drive performance marketing across multiple channels, and actively manage client and new business for the creative agency.
Worksite Location: Woodbury, Minnesota, Hybrid work environment, 2-3 days in office.
Salary: $100k-$115k/yr. base DOE.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute integrated strategies that drive brand growth and client retention.
- I lead the creative team and oversee the development of multi-channel campaigns, focusing on evolving digital and content offerings.
- Partner with sales to craft market strategies, acquire new clients, and expand the agency's reach.
- Track campaign performance, using data to optimize spend and improve ROI.
- Manage a creative team, ensuring quality execution and contributing to the agency's growth.
- Oversee marketing budgets and align investments with business priorities.
- Drive event marketing, sponsorships, and PR to establish the company and agency as industry thought leaders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
- 7-10+ years of marketing experience, B2B or B2C with a mix of corporate and/or in-house agency preferred.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategy, including automation, content, analytics, paid social/search, and conversion optimization.
- Experience in business development, agency growth, or client services is a big plus.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams and collaborate across departments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong grasp of brand development, storytelling, and the intersection of marketing and revenue growth.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
