In the role of an Employee Relations Consultant, you will provide critical support during a transitional period. As a key member of the Employee Relations team, you’ll partner with employees, business leaders, and HRBPs to navigate complex ER issues, drive process improvements, and help maintain a healthy workplace culture. This role will require the use of strong communication skills, the ability to manage investigations and performance-related matters, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to help the business thrive. 

Worksite Location: Hybrid schedule at their Golden Valley office. 

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $50-$70, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key partner to employees, managers, and business leaders on complex employee relations issues
  • Handle investigations, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and workplace concerns, particularly in field-based environments
  • Support process improvement initiatives to help standardize ER practices across the organization
  • Collaborate with HRBPs supporting various teams and regions
  • Work closely with field teams to navigate unique challenges where employees work and live in close proximity
  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and compliance issues

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations, with exposure to investigations and complex workplace issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in field-based or construction environments is a plus
  • Ability to partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to support organizational goals
  • Proficiency with HR systems; Oracle experience is a plus
