This 3-month, part-time Executive Coaching engagement will begin in mid-July. The focus is on guiding a high-performing business development leader as they prepare for a broader organizational leadership role. The coach will partner with this individual to develop executive presence, leadership capabilities, and strategies for maintaining balance between a demanding career and family life.

Worksite Location: Flexible – coaching can take place virtually or in person, depending on preferences and schedules.

Salary Range: Hourly Rate between $75-$85

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one coaching to a senior business development leader preparing for an executive role
Support growth in areas such as strategic leadership, team management, and executive presence
Help the individual maintain and integrate their strong business development skills into a broader leadership capacity
Guide discussions around work-life balance and aligning personal values with professional goals
Offer perspective and tools relevant to leaders in smaller organizations or community-focused businesses

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a professional coach working with senior leaders or executives
Strong background in developing leaders, transitioning from individual contributor roles to broader organizational leadership
Ability to blend professional coaching with aspects of life coaching to support holistic growth
Familiarity with small-to-mid-sized organizations and community-focused businesses is a plus
Excellent listening, facilitation, and feedback skills
Ability to flex between virtual and in-person coaching sessions
