In this 3+ month contract role as an HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily HR operations for the Maple Grove office. The role will start at 24 hours per week, with the potential to adjust hours up or down as needed to meet business requirements. You'll be the go-to HR resource on site, supporting a growing team with core HR services and reporting directly to the CFO.

Worksite Location: 100% onsite — Maple Grove, MN

Salary Range: $50–$65/hour, DOQ

Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as the onsite HR lead for the MN location
Provide day-to-day HR administration, including employee relations, benefits support, onboarding, and documentation
Act as the point of contact for employee questions and concerns
Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies
Partner closely with the CFO and broader international HR team
Utilize ADP for payroll and HR administration

Required Skills & Experience:

Prior HR experience within the medical device industry
Hands-on experience with ADP systems
Strong knowledge of HR administration, benefits, and employee relations
Ability to work independently and manage onsite HR operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in a dynamic, growth-focused environment
