The Human Resources Manager will be a key partner to the Quality and Strategic Operations teams. This role collaborates closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, offering hands-on support to managers and employees.

The HRM will lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent, foster a positive culture rooted in clients' values, and design effective organizational structures and processes. This position supports global teams, requiring strong collaboration across regions and adaptability in diverse environments.

The HRM will also work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Organizational Development, etc.) to deliver HR programs, ensure functional excellence, and drive successful business outcomes.

Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid

Salary Range: $110,000 - $145,000/yr. + Bonus

Role & Responsibilities:

HR Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Partner with Supply Chain leaders to align HR strategy with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and succession planning
  • Lead core HR processes, including performance, development, compensation, employee relations, and compliance, while coaching leaders and employees to ensure fairness and consistency.

Talent & Organization Development

  • Oversee talent acquisition, development planning, and succession to build a strong leadership pipeline
  • Design roles, optimize team structures, and implement strategies to close capability gaps while fostering continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration

Culture & Engagement

  • Champion company values by building an inclusive, high-engagement culture
  • Maintain visibility and trusted relationships, address employee relations issues, and drive recognition, communication, and community to support high-performing teams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Master's preferred
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner background
  • Proven success in implementing HR programs and initiatives
  • Expertise in change management, organizational design, and effectiveness
  • Strong analytical, technical, and facilitation skills; data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Effective in matrixed, dynamic environments with strong business acumen and judgment
