HR Manager (ID:47360)
The HR Manager will partner with business leaders to deliver innovative HR strategies while managing a team of HR professionals, including HR Business Partners, recruiters, and generalists. This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution, helping shape the employee experience, optimize talent strategies, and support organizational growth.
Worksite Location: West Bend, WI – Onsite 5 days per week
Salary Range: $137K - $167K base salary + bonus potential TBD

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, development, and alignment with business goals
• Serve as a strategic business partner to assigned business areas, aligning HR programs with operational priorities
• Oversee core HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, and workforce planning
• Implement and improve HR processes and programs to drive consistency, efficiency, and employee experience
• Partner with leadership to navigate change, address complex employee relations matters, and support organizational transformation
• Utilize HR technology effectively to support HR processes, reporting, and analytics
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including team leadership and strategic partnership with business leaders
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels
• Experience balancing strategic HR initiatives with operational execution in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort navigating organizational change and supporting leaders during periods of transformation
• Experience in an HR business partner model - familiarity with contact center support preferred
• Comfort navigating organizational change and supporting newly hired leaders during periods of transformation
• Tech-savvy (UKG a plus) with the ability to quickly learn HRIS and other HR systems
