Implementation Project Manager (ID:47298)
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful rollout of SaaS-based technology solutions for healthcare and enterprise clients. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and providing a seamless onboarding experience for customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with technical acumen and a customer-focused mindset.

- Hybrid (onsite 3 days each week in Eagan, MN)
Pay Range:
- $100-120K/year salary.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions, managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Create detailed project plans, monitor deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issue escalation.
- Refine workflows, drive process automation, and improve integration between systems.
- Facilitate project update meetings and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on priorities.
- Act as the primary client contact throughout implementation and onboarding.
- Conduct discovery sessions, workflow mapping, and gap analyses.
- Deliver progress updates, executive briefings, and client training sessions.
- Build strong client relationships to promote adoption and long-term success.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Support system configuration, data migration, and testing phases.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and collaborate with technical teams on resolution.
- Align technology solutions with business goals to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Track KPIs and report on project outcomes.
- Capture feedback and document lessons learned to optimize future implementations.
- Leverage analytics to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Drive adoption of automation, self-service capabilities, and other innovations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or professional services (healthcare technology experience preferred).
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of customer success, onboarding, and adoption best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making experience and process improvement expertise.
- Background in SaaS deployments, system configuration, and integration best practices.
- Exposure to SQL, data migration processes, and security protocols.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Salesforce, or similar).
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is advantageous.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in healthcare is a bonus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Collaborative team player with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
