Inside Sales Account Manager
The Inside Sales Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with an established distributor network within the celebration industry primarily through remote communication channels. The AM will execute sales plans, develop programs to increase product placement and share of shelf and identify opportunities to drive incremental growth. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service while leveraging strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to deliver solutions that grow the overall business. The AM will present Everyday and Seasonal new product programs to distributor commercial teams, assist in forecasting, and develop business plans in collaboration with distributors. The AM will coordinate sales efforts with internal departments, maintaining a customer-first, can-do attitude. Success in this role will be measured by increased customer satisfaction, market share growth, and achievement of sales goals. This position is office-based with minimal travel and occasional participation in trade shows and as needed.

Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day communication with distributors via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
· Execute sales plans and promotional programs to drive product placement and sales growth.
· Develop and present merchandising ideas and programs to distributors.
· Prepare accurate forecasts and data-driven business plans in partnership with distributor teams.
· Analyze sales trends and account performance to identify growth opportunities.
· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
· Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with all accounts.
· Partner with the Distributors to develop an annual forecast by SKU and lead the Distributor team as part of the monthly Anagram SIOP process.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
· Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
· Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively in virtual settings.
· Strong execution and attention to detail.
· Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and other Microsoft Office applications.
