As a Change Management Consultant - Migrations, this consultant will design and execute the full spectrum of change management activities—stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communications, training, and risk mitigation. Success will mean measurable adoption, reduced disruption, and an engaged workforce ready for new ways of working.
Worksite Location: Hybrid arrangement with periodic onsite meetings in the Minnetonka, MN office.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $85-$115, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead change planning and execution for platform migrations across IT and business units
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and craft tailored engagement strategies
- Perform change impact assessments, translating insights into readiness actions
- Develop and implement communications, training, and sustainment plans
- Identify adoption risks and proactively drive mitigation efforts
- Deliver regular progress updates to leadership and transformation teams
- Embed scalable change management practices aligned to organizational methodology
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of demonstrated success in large-scale change management initiatives
- Strong background in IT and business transformation programs
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, coaching, and communications
- Proven ability to develop change metrics, feedback loops, and adoption strategies
- Comfort working in complex, ambiguous environments and connecting cross-functional dots
