Our client seeks an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager for an interim assignment. In this onsite position, you will be critical in managing benefits administration, ensuring compliance, and supporting the performance management process. You'll work closely with senior HR leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain smooth HR operations during this transitional period.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN – Onsite position; Seeking MN based candidates.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $50-$65, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health plans, retirement plans, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Administer COBRA, FMLA, ADA accommodations, and short/long-term disability claims.
- Lead the annual benefits open enrollment process, including communications and employee education.
- Maintain accurate records, complete required reporting, and lead compliance initiatives to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate the operational aspects of the performance management process, including training and ensuring completion of reviews.
- Support HR projects, employee relations, and special initiatives, focusing on equity and inclusion.
- Manage OSHA records, workplace safety initiatives, and compliance with ADA requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of six years of HR administration experience, with advanced expertise in benefits programs and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to exercise professional discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive personnel matters.
- Experience with HRIS database management, with Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
