Interim HRBP (ID:47472)
The Interim HR Business Partner will support cyclical HR processes—performance, merit, talent reviews, promotions—while managing elevated employee relations volume and partnering with leaders on organizational design and workforce planning needs. This role provides both strategic and hands-on support, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence and senior HRBPs to ensure alignment with functional and enterprise priorities.
Worksite Location: Hybrid - Minnetonka, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $60-$70, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support annual HR processes including performance management, merit calibration, promotions, and talent reviews
- Manage high-volume employee relations cases tied to enterprise initiatives
- Partner with leaders on reorganizations, job reviews, and workforce planning
- Provide HR consulting to Directors and below, including compensation and organizational effectiveness support
- Offer data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with COEs to align programs with business needs
- Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and employee experience
- Support change management efforts related to structural or process adjustments
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of HRBP experience in fast-paced, complex environments
- Strong employee relations and performance cycle expertise
- Experience supporting organizational design efforts (not necessarily leading them)
- Ability to influence leaders and drive alignment across functions
- Strong analytical and consulting skills
- Experience with UKG, spreadsheets, and general HR tech tools
- Tech, Clinical, Markets, or Finance backgrounds preferred
