The successful candidate will evaluate the current Paycor setup, recommend and implement system improvements, and train staff on best practices. This short-term engagement is ideal for someone who thrives in project-based work, can quickly diagnose gaps, and deliver measurable improvements in HRIS functionality.
Worksite Location: Hybrid. Based in the Brainerd Lakes, MN area preferred.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $50-$60, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess current Paycor implementation and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop a clear action plan aligned with leadership priorities
- Execute configuration changes or process improvements within Paycor
- Train the HR team and key users on updated workflows and best practices
- Partner closely with leadership to ensure the adoption and sustainability of changes
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Paycor HRIS implementation, optimization, and user training
- Ability to assess system gaps and design solutions quickly
- Strong project management and change enablement skills
- Comfort working independently and advising leadership on HRIS strategy
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder alignment
- Familiarity with small-to-mid-sized behavioral health or care-focused organizations is a plus, but not required
