Our exciting client seeks an Interim HR Generalist to play a key role in supporting organizational growth and driving HR excellence for a cutting-edge company. This part-time, 6-month contract position offers the chance to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced and innovative organization. You'll be at the forefront of implementing HR policies, supporting compliance efforts, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR and administrative functions. 

Worksite Location: Bloomington, MN – Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking MN based candidates. 

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $45-$55, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain employee handbooks, internal policies, and procedures to align with organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining a high standard of HR practices.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leadership, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Manage employee records and performance documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and support benefits administration as needed.
• Oversee administrative operations, including coordinating meetings, events, and travel logistics for team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for office management tasks, including supply management and vendor coordination. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Solid HR generalist experience, including end-to-end HR execution in compliance and employee relations.
• Proven ability to work in small, high-growth environments, adapting to change with a flexible and proactive approach.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Positive and solutions-oriented mindset, thriving in collaborative and fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with payroll and benefits systems (e.g., Gusto) is preferred but not mandatory.
