The Interim HR Generalist (Part Time) will provide hands-on HR support across benefits administration, HR transactions, and general employee support. Partnering closely with the HR leaders and team, this role will focus on day-to-day HR administration, ADP Workforce Now support, and 401(k) administration, including transitioning payroll responsibilities from Finance & Accounting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being a go-to HR resource and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $29–$40, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day HR Generalist and administrative support to employees and leaders
Support benefits administration and employee changes
Administer and support the 401(k) plan and related processes
Assist with transitioning payroll responsibilities from Finance & Accounting
Maintain and update employee data within ADP Workforce Now
Serve as a responsive, customer-oriented HR resource for employee questions and needs
Partner closely with the HR team to support ongoing HR operations

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience providing HR Generalist or HR administrative support
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
Exposure to benefits administration and 401(k) processes
Strong customer service mindset with a personable, approachable communication style
Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing day-to-day HR tasks
Comfortable working onsite part time in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
