Interim Human Resources Manager (ID:47334)
The Interim Human Resources Manager will assume a key leadership role, supporting a dedicated team and ensuring seamless continuity of HR operations, while contributing to culture, compliance, and growth initiatives. They will provide both strategic and hands-on HR leadership to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This includes overseeing benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and compliance, while partnering closely with senior leadership to align HR practices with business goals.
Worksite Location: North Metro Area – Hybrid/Onsite 3–4 days per week with flexibility for one remote day
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $60-$70, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruiting, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations
• Partner with the leadership team to drive culture, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives
• Lead annual open enrollment and support compliance with Paid Minnesota Leave and other employment regulations
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance improvement
• Manage and mentor the HR Generalist, providing leadership and development support
• Collaborate with finance and leadership to ensure accurate compensation and benefit processes
• Support HRIS implementation and optimization, particularly within Paycom
• Participate in leadership meetings and serve as a strategic HR business partner to executive leadership
Required Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated success in a generalist or manager-level role
• Strong knowledge of compliance, benefits, performance management, recruiting, and compensation practices
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a small to mid-sized organization
• Experience implementing or managing HRIS systems, ideally Paycom
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
