The Interim Human Resources Specialist will provide critical administrative support across onboarding, benefits processing, HR documentation, and day-to-day coordination. Partnering closely with the HR Director and HR Generalist, this role ensures a smooth, polished employee experience as the organization prepares to onboard 80–90 employees in Q1.

Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN – Hybrid

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $35–$40, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support onboarding processes, including new-hire paperwork, data entry, and coordination with hiring teams
Assist with benefits administration and documentation via Employer Navigator
Maintain HR files and ensure accuracy in employee records
Partner closely with HR Director and HR Generalist on day-to-day HR activities
Coordinate with candidates and new hires to support a high-quality employee experience
Assist with HR systems, including BambooHR, and prepare for future transitions
Provide general HR administrative support during a period of rapid headcount growth

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in HR administration, onboarding, and benefits processing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Personable, professional, and comfortable in a polished environment
Ability to manage manual HR processes and work within HRIS systems
Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting approach
Experience with BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar systems preferred
