Interim Leaves & Accomodations Consultant (ID:47486)
The Interim Leaves and Accommodations Specialist will manage all medical, family, and personal leave requests, oversee accommodation and interactive process activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leaders. The role supports consistent case handling, clear communication, and operational continuity while the organization hires a full-time specialist.
Worksite Location: Hybrid/Onsite - Roseville, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $50-$60, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee leaves, including FMLA, ADA, Minnesota Paid Leave, and personal leaves
- Coordinate the interactive process, accommodations, and return-to-work plans
- Maintain accurate case tracking, documentation, and timely communications
- Partner with HR, leaders, and Employee Health to ensure clear expectations and consistent processes
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies
- Recommend process improvements and support continued standardization of leave practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 - 5+ years of experience administering end-to-end leave and accommodation programs
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and disability management
- Experience with leave and HRIS systems; Dayforce preferred
- Strong case management, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with professionalism and empathy
- Healthcare or similar industry experience preferred
