The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for 250+ U.S.-based employees. This includes auditing, payroll controls, and serving as the main point of contact for employees on payroll matters. While focused on steady-state payroll operations, there may be opportunities to support payroll optimization projects.
Worksite Location: Greater Twin Cities, MN (supporting U.S. operations in CST time zone).
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for 250+ employees
- Conduct audits and ensure payroll controls methodology is followed
- Serve as primary payroll contact for U.S. employees
- Collaborate with international payroll team members and supervisors abroad
- Provide accurate reporting and compliance support
- Potentially contribute to payroll optimization projects after initial stabilization
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in payroll administration, including auditing and payroll controls
- Experience as a primary payroll contact within a U.S. organization
- Payroll systems expertise; ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred
- International team collaboration and cultural competency
- Ability to work independently with flexibility for fluctuating weekly hours
