Interim Project Manager – Human Resources (ID:47382)
The Interim HR Project Manager will oversee multiple cross-functional initiatives within the HR and Compensation space, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of key deliverables. This individual will lead project documentation, maintain timelines, and facilitate communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive—skilled at managing multiple priorities while providing both strategic insight and hands-on project execution.
Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN – Hybrid.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $75–$85, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead coordination and execution of HR and sales compensation-related projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate across HR, Finance, Analytics, and Sales functions to align goals, data, and communications
• Manage documentation and ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency across systems
• Facilitate effective stakeholder communication, managing expectations, and maintaining accountability
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help standardize project methodologies
• Support broader HR initiatives such as Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Employee Relations projects as needed
• Create project reports, presentations, and communications for leadership and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in HR project management or related HR operations roles
• Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional HR or compensation projects
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with project management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Project)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, "hands-on" approach to problem-solving and execution
• Comfortable working in complex environments with multiple decision-makers and priorities
