The Interim Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support across a mix of retail, delivery, and corporate roles. This consultant will manage the hiring process end-to-end—from intake and sourcing through offer—while ensuring a high-quality, seamless candidate experience. This is a hands-on recruiting role requiring strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Worksite Location: Hybrid – Northwest Metro, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting across retail, delivery, and corporate roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
Source, screen, and guide candidates through the full hiring process
Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience at every stage
Manage candidate pipelines and track activity within the ATS (iCIMS preferred)
Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines
Maintain strong communication and follow-through with candidates and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
Experience recruiting for retail, delivery/logistics, and/or corporate roles
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Proficiency with ATS platforms (iCIMS experience preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and professionalism in a collaborative environment
