Interim Recruiter
The Interim Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support across a mix of retail, delivery, and corporate roles. This consultant will manage the hiring process end-to-end—from intake and sourcing through offer—while ensuring a high-quality, seamless candidate experience. This is a hands-on recruiting role requiring strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – Northwest Metro, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across retail, delivery, and corporate roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
- Source, screen, and guide candidates through the full hiring process
- Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience at every stage
- Manage candidate pipelines and track activity within the ATS (iCIMS preferred)
- Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines
- Maintain strong communication and follow-through with candidates and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience recruiting for retail, delivery/logistics, and/or corporate roles
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (iCIMS experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and professionalism in a collaborative environment
