Interim Recruiter
The Interim Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support with a primary focus on high-volume production, warehouse, and operations-related positions. This role will manage candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and partner closely with hiring managers to ensure hiring goals are met. The ideal consultant is proactive, highly responsive, and comfortable managing a large volume of candidates in a dynamic environment.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – Twin Cities metro
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $25-$34, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting coordination for high-volume operational, production, and warehouse roles
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple recruiting channels
- Conduct phone screens and maintain active candidate pipelines
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process via phone, text, email, and ATS platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-through
- Support talent acquisition projects and hiring initiatives as needed
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, HR partners, and business leaders to achieve hiring goals
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience recruiting high-volume hourly, production, warehouse, or operations-focused roles
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Strong candidate engagement and communication skills
- Comfort conducting high volumes of phone outreach and candidate follow-up
- Experience partnering with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors or similar systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Sense of urgency and ability to adapt to changing business priorities and hiring needs
