The successful candidate will partner with a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across various roles, including clinical, technical, and business functions. This consultant will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires, while demonstrating adaptability and curiosity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Worksite Location: Hybrid — 3 days/week onsite in Northeast Minneapolis.
Salary Range: $38-$48/hr, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (clinical and non-clinical)
- Source, screen, and engage candidates across multiple disciplines
- Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate a positive candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and recruitment strategies
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth new hire integration
- Act as a proactive and consultative partner, asking thoughtful questions and providing professional pushback when needed
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience as a full-cycle Recruiter; healthcare or healthcare-adjacent experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different functions (clinical, technical, business)
- Skilled in sourcing, candidate care, and onboarding
- High adaptability, curiosity, and the capacity to learn quickly
- Ability to partner with diverse stakeholders (clinical, IT, business leaders)
- Confident communicator with the ability to professionally push back and clarify needs
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (UKG preferred, but not required)
