The successful candidate will manage a full life-cycle recruiting desk, partnering closely with HR Business Partners and hiring leaders. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and delivering a best-in-class experience for both candidates and clients. Focus areas include Data, Digital, Cloud, Cyber, and Supply Chain roles.
Worksite Location: Hybrid flexible - Minneapolis, MN preferred.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Partner with HR and hiring leaders to establish recruitment plans and solutions
- Deliver a positive candidate and client experience through proactive communication
- Stay current on business and recruiting trends, talent pools, and compensation
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices
- Develop and execute diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies
- Represent the organization at external events such as conferences, meetups, and hackathons
- Promote the company's value proposition and go-to-market strategy for talent
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience (including sourcing and full life cycle)
- Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
- Recruiting expertise in Data, Digital, Cloud, Cyber, and Supply Chain roles
- Demonstrated ability to attract, assess, and recruit diverse skill sets
- Proficiency with ATS platforms for candidate sourcing, tracking, and management
- Strong client service orientation, professionalism, and influencing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
