In this role, you will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to support front-end hiring needs, including sourcing, candidate screening, and pipeline development. As you become established in the position, you will take ownership of full-cycle recruitment, managing relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless, consultative hiring experience. This role requires a proactive, organized, and highly strategic recruiter who can adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid; onsite 4 days/week
Salary: Hourly rate between $42-$52, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support front-end recruiting activities, including sourcing and candidate screening
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Lead to manage high-volume requisitions
• Transition into full-cycle recruiting with ownership of hiring manager relationships
• Utilize Workday and Phenom for candidate management and sourcing efficiency
• Deliver a high-touch, consultative experience for candidates and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in Financial Services
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to creatively find and engage top talent
• Excellent relationship-building, consultative, and communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to read and respond to stakeholder needs
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Workday ATS; familiarity with Phenom or other AI-driven recruiting tools is a plus
• Proactive, flexible, and results-oriented with a "do what's needed" mentality
