The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting for sales and Brand Ambassador roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and engage top talent. The role involves national sourcing, candidate screening, and managing the hiring process from application through offer, ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Worksite Location: South East Metro, MN - Hybrid.

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $35–$40, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales and Brand Ambassador positions
• Source candidates nationally using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders, ensuring an excellent experience
• Partner with HR and leadership to understand talent needs and hiring priorities
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records
• Support onboarding and new hire processes as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in sales or national recruiting
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience with ATS platforms preferred (iCIMS a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong collaboration and engagement
