The Interim Recruiter will support the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing and production roles, with a focus on staffing a new weekend shift. Responsibilities range from reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will bring high-volume recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - Plymouth, MN.

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40–$45, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and production positions
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Greet and support candidates during onsite interviews
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (UKG Ready)
Collaborate closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition team to meet staffing goals
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support other recruiting or HR initiatives as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments
Proven ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on candidate engagement
Experience using applicant tracking systems (UKG Ready preferred)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative environment
