The Interim Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a mix of high-volume and corporate/IT roles, supporting Minnesota team needs during the merger. You’ll leverage creative sourcing strategies, provide excellent candidate experience, and help ensure a smooth transition as processes and teams come together.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - Apple Valley, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40–$50, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for MN roles, including high-volume and corporate/IT positions
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels, including nationwide sourcing as needed
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and the local TA team
Support integration and transitions as teams and processes merge
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and metrics
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Assist with ad hoc TA initiatives during the merger period

Required Skills & Experience:

Full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume and corporate/IT roles
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels
Experience in banking/finance recruitment a plus
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Tech-savvy with experience using recruiting platforms (UKG, SmartRecruiters, Microsoft Teams)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
