We have a great who is seeking a part-time Recruitment Consultant to spearhead multiple critical leadership and management searches within a rapidly growing organization. This contract role focuses on sourcing and recruiting exceptional candidates for key management and executive-level positions. It's an ideal opportunity for a strategic recruitment professional who excels in leadership hiring and delivering impactful results.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking MN based candidates.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $55-$70, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted strategies for multiple executive roles.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier candidates across diverse industries and functions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, hiring trends, and tailored recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with all parties involved, maintaining alignment and progress throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in executive and leadership recruitment, with a history of successfully placing high-impact roles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously while maintaining a consultative approach.
- Proficiency in designing and executing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Experience with various industries is welcome; familiarity with operational leadership and team-building roles is a plus.
